Community Guidelines

  • Check In/Out: Check in time for camp sites is 1:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. 

  • Office Hours: The office is open 10am-6pm, 7 days a week. If you find you will be arriving after 6pm please give the office a call, so we can explain the late check-in process.

  • Speed Limit: Speed limit is 5 MPH, we take this very seriously!

  • Parking: Additional parking is available. Please keep roadway clear.

  • No Show: A no show results in the full amount of the stay charged to the card on file.

  • Site: Site numbers are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

  • Cancellation: Cancellations of reservations are accepted 14 days before arrival, less a $15.00 service fee. Cancellations within 13 days of arrival are non refundable but may be rescheduled depending on availability.

  • Deposit: If you use our onsite reservation software - full payment is required. If you contact us directly, 50% of your reservation will be charged when your reservation is made. The balance will be due at check in. 

  • Site Fee: All rates are based on 4 people per site. An additional $8/person/night will be charged for every person over the 4-person limit.

  • Occupancy: We allow one camping unit per site (RV, pop-up, tent, etc).

  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7am and are strictly enforced.  Please refrain from loud behavior during this time. Minors must be on their site or under direct parental supervision at all times.

  • Fires: All fires are to be contained within fire rings and of a size and form to not disturb neighboring campers. Fire rings are only to be moved by BLRV employees.

  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in public areas.

  • Sewage Disposal: RV tanks are only to be dumped in designated dumping areas. Grey water should NEVER be dumped on the grass.

  • Trash: Trash is not picked up at individual sites. Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster provided. Dumpsters are for household trash only.

  • Bikes: Bikes are allowed in the park during daytime hours, please observe all traffic laws and campground etiquette.

  • Pets: BLRV is pet friendly. We ask that pets always be leashed, cleaned up after, and not left unattended at any time. Please dispose of waste in designated trash bins. Owners must show proof of rabies vaccination upon check in per State of Maine regulations. Pets are not permitted in public buildings or pond area. Owners are responsible for the action of their pets and we reserve the right to refuse dangerous breeds or aggressive pets. Pets that annoy other campers will be asked to leave the park. BLRV Inc. shall be held harmless and assumes no liability for animal bites or injury.

  • Visitors: All visitors must stop in the office for a car tag. An $8/person fee may apply. BLRV reserves the right to remove any guest without a refund if any of our rules are violated or for any other reason that we consider appropriate.

  • WiFi: WiFi is complimentary.

  • Holidays: Holiday weekends: A 3-night minimum stay is required.

  • Alcohol: Responsible alcohol use by persons over 21 is acceptable within your site.

  • Golf Carts: Golf carts are permitted to be driven by a licensed driver 16 and older or someone who is 21 years of age and older. 

  • Swimming: There is NO lifeguard on the property, children under 16 must have an adult present. 

  • Firewood: Firewood is sold on site; firewood from out of state is not permitted.

  • Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted in the campground.

  • RV Washing: RV washing is not permitted.

  •  Behavior: Anyone who willfully or negligently destroys or defaces property of any other camper or campground property will be held liable for the full value of replacement costs and may be subject to eviction. No firearms, BB guns, bows and arrows, slingshots, air guns may be  discharged on the premises.

  •  Parental Supervision: Please provide proper supervision for children while  in the campground. All children must be under direct adult supervision.  Guardians will be held responsible for the actions of minor children under their  care.

  • BLRV, the park, management, and or its associates are not liable for any damage, theft, or injury to persons or property occurring within the premises. Campers agree to hold BLRV harmless from any loss, damage, claim, demand, suites, judgements or liabilities which may incur. And any costs, expenses and fees to which BLRV may be put, arising from any injury or resulting of the leased premises by campers, guests or invitees.
